you know, i've been out in the real world for.... a really freakin long time now. i feel totally qualified to say i will probably never, ever use "advanced analytic geometry" in it.
Well Sean, as a student of the advanced mathematics myself, I can tell you that unles your career needs this information , you are right you will probably never use it. However, the study of it contributed to your higher level and logical thinking and problem solving skills. That's what we tell the kids anyway...
